The traditional Welcome Home event upon the return of our District Governor from the International Convention was held as a breakfast in Cape Town.

This event was highlighted by announcing the “Citizen of the year” Dr Lutz van Dijk from HOKISA. Dr Lutz van Dijk was honoured with a Melvin Jones Fellowship for his commitment in creating a better society for those living with aids and the set-up of home HOKISA in Masiphumelele.
